We know with the way the economy is right now that everyone is being cautious with how much money they are spending on holiday gifts this year. We know how popular our snowmakers are for gifts and for a LIMITED TIME only we are offering employee pricing on our assembled snowmakers (excluding the Maverick Hybrid).

You pay what any SnowStorm Snowmaking employee would pay for a snowmaker if they wanted one, and not a cent more. Just because we have temporarily lowered the price for this sale, doesn't mean that we have lowered the quality on our snowmakers. You get the exact same snowmaker as if it were purchased at the original price.

We are doing this as a thank you to all of our customers who have helped us out over the years. Color Change to Snowmakers

As of October 1st, 2008 all of our snowmakers that have a tower and stand will be painted silver in color. This includes the Maverick Snowmaker, Maverick Hybrid Snowmaker, Vector Snowmaker, Avalanche Snowmaker, and Veyron Snowmaker.

Over the past few years we have had numerous requests from customers to have their snowmaker painted silver so that it looked just like one from a ski resort. With the rising cost of paint we decided to buy just silver paint in order to keep the manufacturing costs down on the snowmakers. This allows us to keep the snowmaker prices the same rather then increasing them. Additionally it makes our customers happy since the majority of them wanted their snowmaker silver in color.

The pictures of the snowmakers on our site will remain in different colors to help everyone identify the different snowmakers. Upon ordering, your snowmaker tower and stand will be shipped in a silver color compared to black, blue, or green.

Updated Snowmaking Guide

We just wanted to let everyone know that we have updated our home snowmaking guide and added a ton of new information. The snowmaking guide now has 18 pages worth of useful home snowmaking information and plans to build two homemade snowmakers. Reading the guide is useful if you are new to snowmaking or are unsure of what to look for when buying an air compressor or pressure washer.

The Excel Series Snowmakers are built out of high quality anodized aluminum, carbon steel, zinc plated steel, stainless steel, and brass components. Most of the components on the snowmaker are pressure rated to 6000PSI! The snowmaker is bullet proof and is built to last. The Excel Series combines our current snowmaker series into a compact snowmaker that is easily mounted onto a tripod.
